TRASH SERVICE

By far had the most appalling service in the history of banking, first they deactivated my FICA registered account, had to go to the bank to get that sorted and waiting over an hour for them to fix what they shouldnt have messed up to begin with. Then they debited my account incorrectly and when I called and asked for a refund two weeks ago, they still have not done it. Wen you call the call center your pushed from pillar to post , then dont actually help you but place you on hold and hang up.
