Trash nedbank service

I am not happy about the service my father received at nedbank hayfields in pmb he went to settle a car that is under wesbank but they settled one under mfc, today he went to enquire about that and they are putting the blame on him telling him he pressed the green button whereas they never explained the procedure properly as he is uneducated. Please help in this situation ***
