I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nedbank. I was approached and convinced to switch banks with promises of better benefits, lower fees, and improved service. Unfortunately, those promises turned out to be empty.

After switching, I realized that what was communicated to me was either misleading or not fully disclosed. The actual costs and conditions were very different from what was presented. It feels like customers are persuaded to join under false expectations, only to discover the truth later.
