Transferring money to a late estate account

Nedbank, with my Mom’s passing, we have requested the accounts to be closed and the money transferred to the late estate account. This was done at the Benmore Nedbank.

I have sent emails, I have phone, left messages, but nobody has the decency to contact me and let me know what the progress. Maybe it’s just Nedbank’s way of not caring about when a family’s go through hard times.
