Transfered Money into dormant account
I transfered some money into a savings account I have not used in a while and went to the shops to pick up groceries. I was informed at the ATM that I am unable to withdraw money, with no reason specified. I then proceeded to phone *** and was informed by a man - whose name I could not hear - that the account has been set to a dormant state due to inactivity.

I was consequently unable to buy food for myself or my pets - and have been told this can only be resolved on Monday the 22nd.

Thanks a lot bank. Sure was looking forward to not having groceries the entire weekend.
