***** Transactions

I wish i could give a minus 100 for Nedbank and have a big placade with the slogan the most useless bank. I had a ***** case with the banking app where i purchased an item and the banking app allowed 3 different amounts to come up in USD which kept increasing after i had pressed reject, sadly the highest amount came through and i immediately called the bank to notify them as there were errors in their system, they disgustingly said it's my fault. i still have no feedback from them in their complaints department.

Already in the process of moving bank account to a different bank, they can't even update my details on all their apps and systems, i have all my products with them but they keep saying i do not have household insurance. this bank is disgusting and unprofessional. I do wish anybody uses their services.
