This is the second time that Nedbank takes debit orders outside of normal debit dates. My debit order for. My personal loan went of 27/11 as it should, then again on 1/12. After more than an hour of fighting, I was I formed money would be reversed in 3 working days. Interesting that one has to wait so long yet you are easy to take money from ones account.

Yesterday AGAIN my account was debited. I phoned and I told them the money better be reversed by midnight last night. Guess what, nothing. I am the customer standing with red face in shop as card is being declined. I have been a customer for 15 years, is this the way you treat longtime customers?

As it stands, I can now do nothing as the money is still not reflecting in my account. Nedbank has till 12:00 today or I will enquire regarding legal steps.

After numerous calls, emails and trips to bank, Nedbank has yet refunded me for their mistake. Going through a long weekend, which included my birthday, without my money. Thank you Nedbank, I am for sure going to move my account.
