transaction on ******/lost credit card

I stopped/cancelled my credit card on the 3/7/2014 after reading complaints about Ryan Venter on your website then on the 17/11/2014 ryan venter and his company used that credit card that was reported ****** in July to take R5000.00 from my credit card account their ***** department actually phoned med and told me that Ryan venter and his company are trying to put through a transaction I told them to block it but somehow it went through now I am going from pillar to post trying to reverse the transaction I filled in a cardholder transaction dispute form on the 5/1/2015 and have not heard any feedback as to this date Itried to contact them but the contact centre said that I cant contac them they will contact me after their investigation is finished and yes still waiting maybe this complaint will help lets see!!!!
