******* transaction on my account

Why should we honour payment arrangements when Nedbank fails to do so itself? How does a bank take someone else’s SARS refund? A payment arrangement was done and the date of the arrangement has not even passed but Nedbank underhandedly went into my account without authorization. That should be ******* at some level. I’m so disgusted. I don’t regret leaving Nedbank.
