Transaction not reflecting

Not happy with the service and thinking of taking my services somewhere I made an EFT transfer from my account to a Standard Bank account on the 21st of May around 7:30 in the Morning and till this day it’s not reflecting Went to the branch and they advised that the transaction is not yet processed and it can take up to 7 working days to get cleared On day 7 the money is still not reflecting and I called the Call Centre and I was advised that the transaction has cleared and it should reflect by the next morning which was yesterday and it did not went back to the branch I was advised the same thing again I really need this money to be cleared as we have a funeral to prepare for now we stuck because of this. 😡😡😡😡
