Transaction issues

Firstly, I'd like to state that listening is a s**** and both the consultants i dealt witg failed to listen what my problem is.

Secondly, i see that people have been complaining about this for years and nothing was done and i may be wasting my time.

On the 6th April 2020 i sent money to my FNB account from my Capitec and Nedbank account. After checking for the money to reflect on my FNB account i called and complained and i received the outcome of their investigation via email.

I was informed their system rejected my payments and they would reflect on my bank account again. The money was reversed on my Capitec account on the 9th April and only Nedbank was left.

FNB followed up on the 14th as i complaint about their service as well and i informed them that both my FNB and Nedbank accounts are empty my money was not reversed. I was told to contact Nedbank which i did.

Contacted Nedbank immediately after i spoke to a rep from FNB and explained my issue twice as he seemed to not understand. I held and he dropped the phone. Called again and spoke to someone, the call droppes but luckily she called me back. She proceeded to ask questions and i answered and she told me the money was successfully sent into my FNB account.

I explained that yes it was sent but FNB rejectes my payments hence i received my money back into my Capitec account. The Nedbank consultant seemed to not understand after explaining but eventually she did understand but said on her side there's nothing she can do, she will log a call and someone will have to check where my money is.

I then proceeded to ask the procedure to cancel my account with them as i feel i will not get my money from what she said.

I seem to fail to understand how i can receive my payment into my Capitec account but be told by Nedbank that i need to call FNB as the money is not with Nedbank anymore. I didn't have to call wuth Capitec, my money was reversed.

I went through complaint and it seems it is a norm for Nedbank to lose monies of clients/customers and then turn and prejudice the client/customer.

You need to teach your consultants to listen and not assume what the problem is. I will wait for Nedbank to do whatever they will do, which is unclear from what i got from the Consultant. I was told it will take days and i honestly have no patience but I'm eager to see whether they'll fail me like they did with other clients/customers.

I regret thinking my relationship with Nedbank was the best idea at that time. If this is not resolved, I'll gladly report it to the ombudsman.

Kindly provide the email address for the complaints department when you respond to this review.
