Transaction error.

Good day,

I made a cash deposit on the 25/11/2019, the atm rejected my notes once, i put them back on and then it went on to process for about two minutes. Afterwards i received an error slip which states transaction failed however my money was already take by the atm.

I called your call center the following day where i was assisted by a gentle man whom confirmed with me that the funds would be available end of business day. However there is nothing reflecting as yet. Please assist URGENTLY.

I email the randburg square branch, where I made the deposit, and I also tried calling however I still haven't received any response. And this is becoming very alarming.

Please assist, the money I deposited is needed Very URGENTLY.
