Trading hours

I went to their branch in Delmas around 8:10 I the morning, the sign on the door states that the trading hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 but I'm told they open at 09:00 I'm confused now. Can I get clarity as to what is what and the correct trading hours as well
