Trading company that has account with Nedbank

I lodged a ***** case with my bank (standard bank) after this was investigated it then appeared the amounts went to a Nedbank account. I have been asking Nedbank to call me as i would like to know if their client is a legit business and would like to know where my money went. i still have not been contacted by them.
