TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Good day. I had the worst experience of my life ever. Nedbank blacklisted my profile as they apparently suspected *****. I need a clearance letter from them as I opened an account with fnb and because of nedbank blacklisting me with the South African ***** Prevention Services(SAFPS) my accounts are all on hold. They have been transferring me from department to department and no one seems to be able 2 assist me. I eventually spoke 2 a lady by the name of Samantha Pather who told me that another lady by the name of Samantha Delport is the person I need 2 speak to but she is off sick. I was then given a number by Ashwin 4 Samantha Pather's manager Vicky and that number doesn't even exist. Till now no1 has called me back and I'm left clueless as 2 what step shud I take next. It seems like no one knows how 2 resolve this. I am horrified.
