Totally *********** system and infra structure

I am trying to add a payee to my FNB account I never have a problem with any other bank when doing this. NEDBANK! The branch does not exist The branch code from an online search does not exist The contact number for the branch just repeats and repeats and repeats a message about a Nedbank App The online help line goes in circles and really as no "intellect" as it appears the same problem with the bank. The online request help via email will only down load if you have an account ( I don't but ticked yes) and give your ID so guess that won't get a response there either. Guess my friend can't get her money NEDBAN****
