Totally ****ed off!!! unprofessional

<p>10/08/2016 14:15pm Call the Nedbank call centre spoke to Claudine Olge with regards to my account</p> <p>Details are as follows</p> <p>Date opened: 19.01.2012</p> <p>Last payment: 30.07.2013</p> <p>I requested a prescribed letter and my debt to be removed, immediately she got diffensive and repeatly said that Nedbank doesn't do such things???</p> <p>I am well within my rights to request this as my account is over 3 years, I told her that shes talking **** and she said if I don't want to pay that's my problem and dropped the phone,</p> <p>I called back at 14:20 spoke to Bhavana Nagiah and explained to her she also went in denial and said the whole office of supervisors are in a meeting how awesome is that????</p> <p>Clearly they getting commission on debt therefore they don't want to solve my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone please assist as I require a prescribe letter URGENTLY as my account is 3 years older.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sandra Ronelle Meyer</p> <p> ********** 121080</p> <p> </p>

Service of summons: Service of legal process interrupts prescription indefinitely, but the interruption lapses “if the creditor does not successfully prosecute his claim” (under court rules)[5]. If judgment is obtained against the debtor, a new prescription period of 30 years begins to run. [6]
