Total inefficiency of Nedbank Manager and Investment Clerk

My husband has a Fixed Deposit with Nedbank. After nearly 4 months we are now told by both a person George and the Branxh Manager tgat after not being to locate tge inveatment - now suddenly it was pledged to my purchasing a vehicle in 1998. We are married ANC without Accruel - my husband never signed anything and now aftee questioning this person George this matter is now with Credit. The Manager of the Branch has not appeared obviously not knowing what to say. I have remived my investments in fear of them takung them for pledging. Interest is now escalating on a credit card where this investment was to be placed and trust that the escalating will be reversed. How xan it take 4 montgs if in efficiency. Trusting someone can assist.
