Total incompetence all the way

My profiles were blocked by consultant due to someone trying to access my profile. But now the branch is clueless how to reactivate the profiles. Absolute disaster. Cannot access my accounts via internet banking, nor banking app or atm. Cards were also blocked so have zero access to funds and can make no payments. Nedbank is a pathetic bank
