Total disregard for investors funds

Nedbank La Lucia transferred funds from my account without my permission to an unknown persons account. Not only did this traumatized me, Nedbank La Lucia also made me run around for my money which in trusted on to them. They are very unprofessional and have no ethics with regards to safety and security of my money. I incurred costs due to this and they had the audacity to ask me to sign a piece of paper telling me to waiver all my rights to taking further action against them. They tried to cover their backs and tried to make it look as if it was my fault. They even used further funds to stop the transaction but this was refunded, but the point is that Nedbank has no right to do use your money for their incompetence.<br> I wish to write the whole story but due to limited space I cannot. Nedbank is not a bank with ethics. Can somebody from Nedbsnk send me their policy and procedures with respect to their staff transferring funds from one account to another without permission from the actual account holder.<br> I will be closing my account at Nedbank. This company is irresponsible with investors monies.
