Total disinterest!

I have been trying for weeks now to get Nedbank to provide a speedpoint device for my business account.... I failed! They are useless! Their systems are archaic! After completeing and submitting applications etc, they ask me to re-do everything because the previous person who was dealing with it resigned! What?????

So Nedbank has no record keeping policy???

So, I told them they can keep their speedpoint. I will now enquire with Standard Bank.
