Took my vehicle and is not owing

MFC NEDBANK took my car even when it is not on Arrears and submit the car to Auction House.. The ladies holding my account was Renae Schulter, she was dodging me until she sent my car to Auction House. Now m dealing with Faith Khumalo, very impatient and rude. NO HELP
