When things work they work but when they don't things enter the realm of the absurd. The story is too convoluted to relate here. Usual story, get spoken to like an idiot by a condescending contact centre agent reading from a script. Need to go back into a branch (3rd) time and deal with the infernal ticketing system to resolve a bank error.
