Title Deed

<p>I had a bond with Nedbank for fifteen years. I decided to pay off the bond in 2016. I have been informed that I must pay for my title deed in order for my bond to be closed. This will cost me a further R4300. I have been paying administrative fees to the bank all these years and would have thought these are all inclusive. I see no need why I must pay this as I have payed them huge interest over the years.</p>
