Title Deed

I lost my husband due to a bike accident last year August 2014. We have a house together that was financed by Nedbank and we took out insurance on the bond so that should anything happen to either of us then the house would be paid up. I then lodged a claim with Nedbank and of which the bond was then paid up and there was even a credit balance on the account and they paid it to me and i thank you. After the account was settled they said their lawyers would be in contact with me after 4weeks of the settlement and it has been 6months now without any contact from the bank in regards to the title deed. When i call the bank i get sent from pillar to post and its as if no one knows their job. I am not impressed with how the bank is handling this issue.
