Tired of waiting
<p>I am tired of waiting.I am here at Nedbank,Market St and waiting for someone to help.Told to take a seat and waiting,waiting,waiting.Gone 1hour.What do I do.Been a client atNedbankfor almost 40 years.Service is shocking.Maybe its time to change my bank.I would not even give them 1 Star.</p>

I am a very happy man.After I logged in a complaint against Nedbank about the bad service I have now am happy again.I did not expect the service I got after my negative reviews.In fact I did not expect anyone to take notice but they did.I had a certain Ms Bianca Thompson from Client Service Support who is the Executive Client Service Consultant call me almost immediately after she read my reviews.She was Excellent.She firstly called me personally and then an email followed.She asked what the issue was and I explained to her in detail.She promised to call the Branch and come back to me and I thought it was not going to happen but I was pleasantly surprised when she did.The next working day I had a follow up call from the Market Street branch from Busi who apologised and asked me to drop of certain documents which I am about to,Hold and behold I got another call from Ms Thompson to check if Busi had called and that was today(19/7/2016)Am I impressed with the service or what?Well I can tell you all that I am not thinking of changing banks.The service that I got,especially from Ms Bianca Thompson is credit to Nedbank.I can tell you she went that extra mile that people always talk about.Well done and thank you,Bianca. I am now changing my ratings and that is all Thanks to you. Wish I could give you extra Stars but there is not enough on the ratings.
