Tired of Nedbank

I have since bought electricity online on the 19th of June . Till today I have not rceived the electricity units . I have called the call centre they left me on call for 30 minutes . After i have tried calling several times before i could get hlld of them. I have even went to the branch , didnt get help .I have communicated to them on messenger . There is still no resolution . I am so tired of Nedbank and the issues i encounter every single week . I am in Capetown the kids are in Joburg without electricity as I dont have cash anymore still I am not getting assistance .I a very frustrated i need immediate assistance
