TIMED OUT BANGKOK, THAILAND WITHDRAWAL

I made a withdrawal in Bangkok, Thailand on 03.01.2024 but my transaction timed out. I received my card back but no money from the atm. I received an sms to say the transaction was successful. I immediately reported this to the Tourist Communication Centre. They called KBNK and they advised that I called Nedbank. I am unable to make calls from Thailand and email the Contact Centre. I received a depute form of which incomplete and returned. The Contact Centre advised the email Global Trade and again advised that the query is not for them. I am being sent from pillar to post and no seem to be able to assist me. The transaction reflects on my transaction as 04.01.2024
