Time waster bank

I am on platinum because no don't have the time to go into a bank. My card was delivered and Nedbank never bothered transfering my pin like they always do. So now my card got locked and I has to go into a branch. Unless Nedbank can compensate me for the petrol used and my time wasted I will close my accounts and move to a bank where you can change your pin online
