Time Wasted

<p>I got an sms from Nedbank Greenbacks to advise that my card is ready for collection and i requested that i pick up the card at Forest hill Branch!, i went there Saturday morning from 9am and i was only attended to after 2hrs only to be advised that my card is at the branch but she cant give me because she is waiting for confirmation from FICA to verify. honeslty why would you send me a message when your system hasnt verified my details. this is unproffesional and i wasted my time waiting for nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>here is the thing. take your time to verify my details i dont care, but i want my card delivered to my work address. i dont have time to waste for Nedbank to give such a bad service like this.</p>
