Time to move: Nedbank is unreliable

I just want to express my disappointment with this bank. I have a 2 accounts with them (MFC & personal loan) and they are both up to date. This bank will text and call me every time around the festive season and offer you a payment break until January, for no reason at all other than it's Christmas season. Yet when you call them and ask for a payment break (a silly one month) they immediately reject it because your emergencies are not regarded as emergencies to them. But when they feel like making silly payment breaks they ring your phone non-stop. I am so disappointed, but I will find an alternative bank and move my car and loan payments to them. I suggest you do the same because Nedbank won't assist you when you reach out, unless its suits them. Then they will find a stupid reason to give you a payment break.
