Made a payment around the 15th which was also a struggle for Nedbank to acknowledge receipt I had to follow up everyday,after I requested that the credit card be closed and they send me a closure letter till this day I haven’t received that letter,i have been following up everyday nothing. I am glad I closed the credit card, has to be the ****tiest bank ever
