Ticketing system in Tygervalley branch not working

The new ticketing system at Nedbank Tygervalley branch is not working. I've been to the branch a couple of times since the new system has been in place and every time all the customers waiting are complaining about the time it takes to get helped. It took me 1 hour today just to pick up a new credit card, and as a business owner I just simply cannot afford to spend so much time at a branch for something simple like picking up a new card.

It is also clear that it doesn't help to complain about this to the ground staff at the branch, this is a problem that needs to be addressed at a higher level in the bank.

At this point I will not recommend Nedbank to anyone or any business, just because of how long it takes to perform any transaction in the branch.
