Thumb sucking info for me to pay someone elses debt

I have always recevied great support from Nedbank and just 1 day it all got stuffed up. My Nedbank credit card shows for some reason it is in areas. And I have spoken to numerous people and it all just doesn't make sense how Nedbank is getting to I am in areas. I transact money monthly to my credit card. From there, there is finance charges that gets deducted monthly from my credit card. There is always enough for the finance charges to go off. how am i now in areas and why do I get stupid people calling me telling me I am rong if I have my account open infront of me. after they did not have any answers they told me I had October a finance charge of R3'500. but it shows my finance charge of R728. And then R3'500 was what I paid into the account that month looks like Nedbank is thumb sucking info for me probably to pay someone elses debt. this is now the second problem that I have had with Nedbank and I am consedering taking my accounts to another bank if these problems consist.
