Three payments for Home loan in one month.

I'm writing this email this early in the morning to request an explanation as to how our HomeLoan this month jumped to an amount of R34 522,31 a different of R21 556,4 from what is our normal instalments.

On the 22 I paid R9000 to try and catch up on out outstanding loan amount and to my shock this morning all my salary had been taken meaning that all my other responsibilities and grocery purchases will not be honoured as a result of the two debits R12 965,91 and R12 556,4 taken from my bank account.

Please advise as to what you expect my children to eat and how you expect that we are to get through the month with such balance being taken with no explanation of any kind, the only thing you sent was a letter stating that the amounts due was R14000+ and not I find myself having paid 34000+ can I ask that someone investigate this and contact me back as this is ridiculous really
