Threating massages from nedbank

Threatening sms for a week moving into a second week I been receiving threating SMSs from NDCRS (Nedbank's retail recovery department):.This is NOT acceptable and this indicates that Nedbank's data is not used correctly. So according to them it is acceptable to threaten someone while they are a paying. My concern is if they cant see that I am paying what interest is being charged to us the Nedbank clients and is our money save with them, if this is an error who is supposed to get these massages this is a POPI breach.
