Threatening to close my account with no clear reason

Nedbank keeps threatening me that they will close my account but there is no clear message of what the bank wants from me in order to prevent this. I spent a long time trying to sort this out but Nedbank did not give me a call back, and did not tell me what they want. FNB is much better ar communication than what Nedbank is. WHY ARE YOU THREATENING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT? what do you need from me?

I tried to log a complaint on the Nedbank App, not even this works…
