THREATENING SMS FROM NEDBANK. PATHETIC!!!!!

I have a nedbank credit card and when covid hit, i requested payment relief and it was approved. they then offered further payment relief which i also accepted. when that was over my account got handed over and it is now listed on ITC as handed over. i have been paying on the card since last year July and I have not received a balance update as to how much i still owe, yet every month before it is even month end i get threatening messages about sherriff notices and all sorts of things. this is unacceptable and i need to know how much i still owe so that i can get my name cleared.
