Threatening sms for someone else's account

My wife just received the following sms from NDCRS (Nedbank's retail recovery department):

Final Chance! Call NDCRS on ********** 118. If we do not hear from you TODAY, the Sheriff may serve a WRIT at your home to attach your Movable Assets. Ref CCA229160.

I phoned and, once again, they apologized as it is not for her account, but someone else's. The consultant cannot explain to me why my wife's number is used for other people's accounts and indicated that there is nothing they can do.

This is NOT acceptable and this indicates that Nedbank's data is not used correctly. So according to them it is acceptable to use anyone's mobile number and send disturbing messages like this to you.
