THREATENING PEOPLE

Nedbank has a division called MFC. They contacted a family member of mine today and threatened to take back his bakkie on the exact date that they let him know about an outstanding amount back in 2022. For 2 years no one lets him know about this money, they just tell him 2 years later and wants the bakkie back if no payment is made that day.

They wouldn't send any contracts or statements and threatens that they have a Court Order. And after a few calls, we find out that they **** about already having a Court Order.

Pathetic services on their end. Causing people unnecessary stress.

Next time, let people know if they have outstanding payments. Not 2 years down the line and then start threatening people!!!
