Threatened with sherriff being sent to my work, baseless threat!!!!

I am so tired of the constant threatening sms's from Nedbank that the Sheriff is coming to my place of work....I have raised complaints so many times only to be told to ignore these sms's. This has happened at least 4 times over the past year. Nedbank must understand that customers take threats like this seriously, despite knowing my loan is being paid every month. When you call NRR you are treated like a niusance, the consultants are condescending and impatient, I have had it!!! I might as well stop paying because of your baseless threats. Get your house in order Nedbank, I seriously have had enough of this!!!! Pathetic service
