Threatened with a firearm

Today (9 September 2020) in Fourways Mall at 11H00 I was threatened by a security guard with a firearm in order that Nedbank (on the 2nd floor) could commandeer the public lift (elevator) for cash delivery and make me walk the stairs with my heart condition. Firstly the guard broke social distancing pandemic regulations by approaching me too closely. Then he threatened me saying that "YOU WILL BE CAUGHT IN THE CROSSFIRE". When I did not budge he upholstered his semi-automatic pistol in a threatening gesture. Obviously I had not brought my personal firearm with me (which I may now reconsider in future as obviously this bank is very unsafe!). The security cameras will back up my statement.
