Threatened via SMS with the Sherriff

My current account with Nedbank became overdrawn and I was not able to pay the outstanding amount in full because of medical bills. The account was handed over to lawyers and I made arrangements to pay R500 per month which I have been doing every single month without fail.<br> Today I receive an SMS from Nedbank threatening me with the Sherriff and a garnishee on my salary if I do not respond to their request for payment.<br> I called into the call centre and all that the person on the other end of the phone could say was that SHE did not send the sms and yes she can see that I have been paying and in fact the account is no longer with the lawyers but back with the bank because i have been paying.<br> No apology no explanation for the threat but all they can say is that they didnt send the sms from the call centre even though thats the number to call for assistance on the sms.<br> Bunch of .....
