This issue with Nedbank has been ongoing since 2024 and remains unresolved. I lodged a second formal complaint in January, and it has now been over three months without any resolution, only repeated feedback that the matter is being attended to. In the meantime, I have been handed over to VVM Attorneys, who contact me daily, which is extremely stressful. My credit profile continues to decline, and this is affecting me financially and impacting my business. I have been declined for vehicle finance multiple times due to this unresolved matter. I am requesting urgent intervention and escalation to the Ombudsman, as this situation is no longer acceptable.
