This is unfair and no honesty

When i complain to to Ned bank Ombudsman, the consultant by the name of Tamaren with my case no. TTO***. She did not give me the answer instead she stood by the bank. 1. How can i pay the closed account by the bank. 2. When the account was closed in 2015 i kept paying until 2017 May 3. I stopped paying after i received my Credit bureau report in 2017 4. They say i owe them R41.000 5. I bought this car in 2008 June
