Woooooooow if there is one thing I hate is incompetence. How do you remove your home loan division from your branches but your call centre is this bad. I need proper information and I need to speak to someone that can help me. I am confuse to why I am in an arrears when I have no prior instalment payment date or debicheck update since this morning. I am fully aware of the December payment that will take place now and not on the initial pay date.
