This bank actually refuses to give me back my money
I am leaving Nedbank after they took R354 from my account and they are refusing to refund me. Like the bank statement shows that this money is owed to and the bank says they will not give me the money back imagine. if this issue is not resolved expect a call from FNB moving my debit orders.

28/04/2018 -355.93 was taken
30/04/2018 -355.33 was taken
only two debit orders were supposed to run since I was in arrears;
03/05/2018 355.33 was refunded
30/05/2018 -355.93 was taken
31/05/2018 -354.73 was taken (this is the amount in question, why was it taken? it has the reference number PYMNT : ********** 212301 )
