Think twice before going with Nedbank Insurance

I am very disappointed with Nedbank's Insurance department (HOC). They don't provide any feedback on your claim and you have to contact them ***). I does not matter whether you log your consider online....they just don't respond. I called they're call centre again this morning, got through...but have been holding for a claims assessor for the past 11 minutes???
