They won't close your account. That still want your money!!!!!!!

On the 27th of February, I request a payment holiday from Vijay Pillay. After being called by collectors to collect my assets, I am informed that no request was received. I contacted Nedbank and did it by myself. On the 30th of March I request that Vijay Pillay (my personal banker) close my account as I moved to another bank. My account is overdrawn and when I ask her now why my account is still open???????????? She tells me I have to pay the outstanding 1st. So I have paid bank costs for April, May, June and July after requesting closire. During this time I do not understand why they do people in.
