They opened an account on my name and sent me a congratulations email welcoming. When I call in to cancel they send me from pillar to post since I’m not getting their push messages to authenticate myself! How can I? I’m not their client! I did not open an investment account with them! I’m frustrated! I need that account removed from my name!
